Top 3 out of MacDill AFB is part of JCSE (Joint Communications Support Element).  Top 3 added some prizes of their own such as SW Airlines tickets plus signed Rays and Bucs memorabilia making the value of their Super Value Ticket $40. 

JCSE raised their registration fee $10 to cover the cost of the complimentary Super Value Ticket given out to all players.  The tournament was SOLD OUT.
